NFC Touch Pay

NFC technology smart cards makes it possible for any NFC-equipped mobile device to conduct transactions. In fact, the technology can do much more than just mobile payment. Thus it has aroused interest from different industries.
The game industry is also showing interest in NFC technology, yet incorporating the technology into new games and consoles is proving difficult, especially in the case of the Wii U.
Nintendo has upgraded its Wii U console. One of these upgrades concerns NFC technology. The console is equipped with an NFC chip that Nintendo believes will allow it to produce more immersive experiences for gamers. Although Nintendo has high hopes for NFC technology, the company has opted to hold off plans for NFC.
Recently a trailer showcasing the NFC capabilities of the Wii U gamepad was released, which generated more interest in the in the possibilities of NFC technology than in the game it was showing off. However, the trailer was only a concept. While Nintendo is committed to the use of NFC, it has chosen not to support the technology in games at launch to ensure the successful debut of the console.
The Wii U will launch in North America on Nov. 18th and in Europe on Nov. 30th. MasterCard has been in the cashless payment game for quite a while, and now it’s hoping to get more developers on the PayPass. The company has unveiled a new user interface SDK for Android and BlackBerry developers.contactless cards
