RFID contactless cards ( Radio Frequency Identification ) is a system of data storage and retrieval by reading tags or radio frequency tags . The goal of technology is to transmit the identity of an object (like a unique serial number ) using radio waves . An RFID tag is a small device , similar to a sticker that can be attached to or incorporated into a product , animal or person. Contains antennas allow you to receive and respond to requests by radio from an RFID transceiver . This technology is used over 50 years ago and have already implemented companies like Wall Mart and Metro, to expedite the work with their suppliers.
